Virtual Hiring Event for Community Based Services and Supported Independent Living

Join KenCrest for our Virtual Hiring Event to learn about two flexible and meaningful part time roles in our community programs: Community Support Workers and Community Connection Coaches. Both positions help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities build confidence, reach personal goals, and stay active in their communities.

Community Support Workers provide support in a person’s home and nearby community. You might help with everyday living skills, household tasks, errands, appointments, or communication. This role focuses on building independence and supporting people where they live.

Community Connection Coaches focus on helping people get out into the community. You may provide short trips in your own car, help someone practice new skills, explore local activities, or go to a job or doctor’s visit. This role is great for someone who enjoys being active and out in the community.

Both roles may involve driving someone in your personal vehicle, but not every day. When you do, we offer standard mileage reimbursement.
