KenCrest SIL / CBS Hiring Event

KenCrest is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide meaningful, one-on-one support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through our Supported Independent Living and Community-Based Services in Pennsylvania.

This event is focused on part-time opportunities — perfect for people who want flexibility, purpose-driven work, and a schedule that fits around other responsibilities. Whether you’re a student, a parent, semi-retired, or looking to add a few fulfilling hours to your week, we’ve got options.

Shifts are available during daytime, afternoon, and evening hours — no overnights required. Some roles are just a couple of hours at a time, while others can be combined to create a fuller schedule. We’ll work with you to find the right fit based on your availability and interests.

While experience is preferred for some clients, what truly matters is having the patience, compassion, and willingness to learn. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed in this meaningful work.
